Integrata delivered BMS, Energy Monitoring System (EMS), controls integration, and critical infrastructure upgrade works across Modules 7, 8, and 9 at Telstra's St Leonards Data Centre, working alongside Synchronous Building Automation within fully operational, mission-critical facilities.

All works were completed within live data centre environments under strict change management procedures, staged cutovers, and high-availability coordination requirements throughout delivery.

Project Scope:

• BMS and EMS installation across live operational data halls

• CRAH unit controls, integration, and environmental monitoring

• Redundant BMS network architecture implementation

• BACnet, Modbus, and RS485 communications integration

• Energy metering and thermal energy meter integration

• Custom BMS control panel installation featuring Distech ECY-600 controllers, Phoenix Contact interface hardware, and redundant power supplies

• Layer 3 network switching and structured cabling infrastructure

• UPS, busway, and ATS system monitoring integration

• Touchscreen HMI and operator interface installations

• Mechanical electrical interfacing works

• After-hours and shutdown works across operational modules

• Point-to-point testing, commissioning support, and as-built documentation

Works were coordinated closely with Telstra InfraCo, BGIS, mechanical contractors, and Synchronous commissioning teams across all phases of delivery.
