Our Projects

Throughout our 24-year tenure, Integrata has delivered specialist BAS installation, integration, and ongoing maintenance works across Greater Sydney and NSW. Our projects span a wide range of commercial environments, including university and school campuses, major shopping centres, hospitals and aged care facilities, industrial and distribution centres, and premium commercial towers. A selection of recent projects is featured below.

Telstra Data Centre

Integrata delivered BMS, EMS, and critical infrastructure upgrade works across Telstra's St Leonards Data Centre, working alongside Synchronous Building Automation. Work was completed in a live, mission-critical environment.

Sydney Olympic Park

Integrata was engaged by EQUANS to deliver a complete BMS and ventilation control upgrade for the P1 Carpark at Sydney Olympic Park. Works included reverse engineering the existing control strategy, iSMA CONTROLLI platform installation, CO monitoring, fire interface integration, and full NCC 2022 compliance certification.

Barangaroo Premium Commercial Towers

Integrata has delivered ongoing BMS, HVAC controls, and End-of-Trip Facility upgrade works across the Barangaroo precinct in partnership with Honeywell. Completed projects include tenant fit-outs for Sanofi and KPMG, with remaining works currently underway.

Rhodes Central Shopping Centre

In 2025, Integrata delivered a major BMS and communications network upgrade at Rhodes Central Shopping Centre. Works spanned operational retail, central plant, and car park environments, covering controller replacements, HVAC controls, energy monitoring, and communications infrastructure across a live shopping site.

Sydney International Airport

Integrata delivered two concurrent BMS and HVAC controls projects within Sydney International Airport in partnership with Johnson Controls: the T1 Main Screening Security Upgrade and the Pier B Bussing mechanical systems upgrade.

Abbotsleigh School

Integrata delivered a unified Building Management System integration across the Arts and Science buildings at Abbotsleigh School for Girls, establishing a campus-wide BMS architecture and design standard for future building rollouts.
