Abbotsleigh School - Project Overview
Art and Science Buildings - BMS Integration
 Client: Abbotsleigh School
Completion Status: Ongoing

IIntegrata has delivered a unified Building Management System for Abbotsleigh's Arts and Science buildings, and also establishing the campus-wide BMS architecture and design standard for future building rollouts.
The project integrated a wide range of previously siloed systems onto a single platform built on Distech controller architecture and a Niagara EC-Net4 Supervisor, including:

-
HVAC: VRF integration via CoolMasterNet
-
Mechanical services: pump and fan and control with interlock and fault logic
-
Lighting: Crestron BACnet/IP integrationÂ
-
Fire systems: Ampac fire panel integration via Modbus, providing real-time fault and zone statusÂ
-
Electrical metering: Site wide energy metering including integrating to the Centrica Modbus TCP gateways for live energy data to the BMS.
-
Solar PV: SMA Tripower inverter monitoring and generation reporting
-
Lift Monitoring: Interface to lifts, monitoring real time lift status, faults and maintenance.
Â
The result is a single, secure "pane of glass" giving Abbotsleigh's facilities team live visibility and control of of HVAC, lighting, fire status, energy use and solar generation, with standardised naming, tagging and dashboard templates ready to be rolled out across future buildings on campus.
