Integrata is a Schneider EcoXpert partner and a Distech partner as well as being a preferred installer of BMS systems for Honeywell, Johnson Controls and others.
 

Job description: 

We're looking for a BMS Installation Technician to join us on a mix of Sydney CBD and Greater Sydney sites,  installing and commissioning controls on live commercial and institutional projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Installing ME and BMS controls, running point-to-point testing, and producing test reports through to pre-commissioning

• Reading and working from schematics, point lists, mechanical plans, and user guides

• Working alongside electricians and apprentices as part of a coordinated site team

• Managing your own day-to-day on client sites — handling site requests, keeping clients informed, and using good judgement when things don't go to plan

• Moving between multiple projects and adapting to different site conditions and teams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:​

• 2+ years' experience in electrical or mechanical-electrical work

• Confidence working autonomously and managing your own workload once on site

• Clear, professional communication with clients and site stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving under time pressure, and the flexibility to manage shifting priorities

• Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel across Greater Sydney

• Willingness to work nights/weekends when required (penalty rates, allowances and overtime apply)

• Full working rights in Australia (citizenship, PR, or Working Holiday visa)

• Professional working fluency in English

Desirable Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

• Experience with building automation and control systems (BAS/BMS)

• Experience in HVAC electrical work and BMS installation

• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Licence

• Cablers Licence
